I frankly was disappointed with the service I received at Enterprise on this occasion, as I have used Enterprise before and was always pleased. I had insurance coverage for $30/day and when I called the day before I asked for a compact, less expensive car. When I arrived at the office, Gary stated he did not have a less expensive car than the Gedda he offered me. As I needed a car I accepted this offering.
