Unorganized. I notified the Barbur location box of 300 count 9mm was in the tire area of my car. They said they’d look into. I called later that day and the person whom answered acted as if it was the first time being notified, but assured me the car was in a parking lot and hadn’t been cleaned yet. I called again where I was told this Macadam location had my ammo. Shelby M went above and beyond to help me after a car accident that required my using a rental car. She was super helpful getting my claim reopened with my insurance company for the fully allotted time, was very helpful in trying to track down something that I'd left in a rental vehicle and went out of her way to get me a car that would meet my needs without me having to bend over backwards. After a truly trying few weeks, Shelby's help and friendliness were very much appreciated. 10/10
