After the vehicle had a systems failure 300 miles into the trip, the local office was willing but unable to help me get another vehicle. Enterprise corporate has tied the hands of their local offices in resolving customer concerns, and their corporate customer service are disrespectful, dismissive and unconcerned with the safety and welfare of their customers stuck in a vehicle of theirs that has not been properly maintained in order to keep the systems functional.
Excellent Service! Very quick and easy in and out. They gave me a ride home when I lived a mile away so I didnt have to walk. I will be back next summer for my north shore trip again. Highly recommend this place!
