UPDATE: brushing customer complaints off to corporate won’t solve anything. The management of this specific location won’t change anything, and will keep ill-mannered people running their store. So I’ll let the Wilkesboro location be shut down due to insufficient customer service on their own. Due to the many complaints within the last 3 months, you’re off to a great start. Best wishes. Oh we move our own cars between locations, but we can't do a one way rental.

Good car, easy to check in and out at Wilkesboro,NC. I've used them several times and am always pleased.
I put in a car rental reservation for pick up by 5pm the next day. I received the reservation confrimation email & text. The next morning at 8:30am I received a call from the Wilkesboro, NC location saying that they did not have any vehicles avaliable but they would let me know if anything came in throughout the day.
