Good car, easy to check in and out at Wilkesboro,NC. I've used them several times and am always pleased.
I put in a car rental reservation for pick up by 5pm the next day. I received the reservation confrimation email & text. The next morning at 8:30am I received a call from the Wilkesboro, NC location saying that they did not have any vehicles avaliable but they would let me know if anything came in throughout the day. I waited until around 2pm and never heard anything so I call the location and was put on hold for over 30 mins and then was told there still wasn't anything avaliable and that they would let me know if something... read more
The staff were excellent at answering questions and getting the perfect vehicle for our cross country trip
Great experience. First time renting a car. The staff was great when we checked the car out. Made sure I understood and explained everything about the rental process. Car was amazing and clean and in good functioning order.
