Great customer service that’s truly appreciated.
The staff were nice, friendly and helpful.
Lack of communication and blaming the customer. Horrible manager attitude. Even with the information the insurance gave them that we needed a car, they didn't care since we didn't confirm the time we would be there. Manager isn't from here, so no small town pride or consideration. Wasn't even helpful with the phone calls she was receiving.
Great location and great customer service.
