They were so accommodating. My plans had changed and I had a reservation with a different rental. They charged me fifty dollars to cancel. I am an Enterprise customer from now on!
GREAT customer service!
Unfortunately, this was a really frustrating experience. I first rented a car from the Varner location in Palm Desert, and the vehicle was extremely dirty on the inside and clearly not sanitized. Because of my work schedule, I couldn’t switch it out right away, but I would have if I could. A few days later, I went to the location on Highway 111 to exchange the car. Ever since Tony Fuentes left this location and company it’s gone to crap. No professionalism. No desire for customer service. No inter personal skills. As someone who rents a lot of vehicles, this is by far the worse store to rent from. They hire a lot of young people that have no skills dealing with people. Yesterday I was in the store and standing there while the only employee in the back was on their phone.
