Well I just wanted a economy Rent-A-Car when I got there there were no economy cars to rent so they rented me this eight passenger Chevrolet. I forgot the name I said OK. But in the end it costed me a lot more money.. it’s not a good way to retain good customers.
I had one of the worst customer services experience at this office. The ‘manager’ doesn’t seem to think that she should be more friendly and helpful with their customers. Definitely not going back there.
