By far the worst car pickup experience I’ve ever had with Enterprise. We reserved a car in advance, yet ended up waiting over 30 minutes with zero communication from staff. I had a terrible experience, and I’m not going to mince words. First of all, I spoke with management twice over the phone about being charged an extra day for my car rental. I was told that they would reimburse me, but that never happened. I never received the money back on my account. This is terrible customer service. Sometimes, it’s the little things that matter, and this place completely missed the mark. I will never return to this place for a car rental.
