I ran into an issue with my rental while in town and they were very helpful and understanding
Avoid at all costs. Poor customer service and horrendous wait times on the phone. Geico needs to purse a new rental car partnership.

Terrible, dismissive, and completely unhelpful service. It became very obvious that customers renting through an insurance claim are treated as second class customers. Apparently, because insurance-negotiated rates are lower, our business isn't worth the same level of effort, communication, or basic customer service as someone paying the full rental rate out of pocket.
