I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Enterprise. I had a reservation for a 15-passenger van for a full week, and I made this reservation well in advance. Less than 48 hours before I was supposed to pick up the rental, I received a call saying I now needed a credit card to complete the rental — something I was not told when I made the reservation. Rented a compact the car was shaky and did not have the time to trade it in and if I did nothing else was available my advice to not try the azalea garden location they never have anything this is my second time to learn this experience
Great experiences with Enterprise locations in Westminster, Md, Orlando, FL and now Norfolk, Va. Employees are helpful and courteous, the vehicle selection is great, they offer competitive pricing and discounts and I like the rewards program. On our most recent trip we had a flat tire on the way to the airport in Norfolk. I was able to get off the highway safely and called the location we rented from.
