Very easy experience no issues awesome and friendly felt like family would definitely recommend anyone renting from this location went above and beyond to make me happy and was so friendly and professional unlike other locations
Was involved in a deer accident last Tuesday, called this company, said they didn't have nothing till Wednesday of next week. Today when I called, they ,Hunter , told me they wouldn't get me into a car till Thursday. After spending 25 minutes on hold. This is not service.
We felt like customer satisfaction was a guarantee! Treated us professionally and answered all of our questions. We ended up with a Toyota hybrid van! Driving a hybrid vehicle was new us so the employee took time to show us how it worked and explained some of the neat features! From the beginning of the process to the return of the vehicle, we were completely satisfied with Enterprise. Will rent again!!
