I called the Enterprise in Chillicothe Missouri to, rent a car. It is advertised that they will deliver the car if you are unable to pick it up. This is not the case. They refused to deliver me the car and told me to figure it out myself. Even though my Insurance would be covering the cost.
Short notice to get a car (ours died). They had the same size that we needed and got us back on the road right away.
They did not have the SUV that we reserved for vacation. They notified us of this while we were on our way to pick it up. What a poor way to run a business. Scrambling to make other plans now. Very disappointed with this company.
