i googled rentals in chillicothe mo, due to my pickup breaking down. i called the enterprise number provided, and spoke to a gentleman of middle eastern descent, who assured me twice in the 40 minutes i spoke to him that he was indeed representing the enterprise location on washington street. after providing my account information, it took him 3 attempts to finally extract $547 dollars from my account, which took place some time after our conversation. finally, he told me to just go to the location in chillicothe, and do the... read more

I wanted to get everything taken care of before the day I rented the car but the lady would not let me till the day of and I didn't get to go to my sister having brain surgery because I couldn't rent the car! If she would of done it sooner I would of found other options but instead I didn't get to go

Made a reservation for a standard size vehicle for a two day trip. When I went to pickup the car supposedly all they had to rent out was a Mitsubishi mirage even though when the lady working grabbed the keys from the safe there were about 7 or 8 sets of keys, I ended up with a very small hatchback that I had to cram my family of four into for a 16 hour drive. Update for 2025: had the COMPLETE OPPOSITE experience this year. Made reservations on August/September for a mid-size 7 passenger SUV. When we arrived to pick up our rental (12/26) we were informed that they didn't have a vehicle available and only offered us a 5 passenger sedan NOT AT ALL WHAT WE WANTED OR NEEDED. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN OUR LOCAL ENTERPRISE. Disappointed. I called because I had questions about a claim, and I was met with confrontation. The woman I spoke to kept talking over me, so I had to tell her to stop interrupting and let me talk. I also had to ask her to calm a couple of times so she could hear what i had to say and to help me figure out this situation.
