Excellent customer service Better selection of cars would be appreciated
Friendly and helpful staff. I have rented here twice and both times the staff made it quick and easy. It would be nice if they had longer weekend hours.
I want to thank Shannon for her outstanding customer service, patience, and professionalism in taking the time to make me feel like a valued customer. She was working the 160 Main St. location by herself and managed to ensure I received all information requests upon my rental return. Guillermo is also in the same class, as his attention to detail and quality service made the rental experience at Enterprise also very positive. A very well-managed location, and much appreciated.
This location was especially helpful. I expect to use it in the future.
