I reserved a truck several days in advance. On the day of pickup, Enterprise even called me to confirm the reservation. I showed up at the exact scheduled time, only to be told there was no truck available. At that point I had already paid for two Uber rides and wasted a significant amount of time getting there. I am a teacher for TVUSD, and my business office rented a car a month before I needed it for a club event. I should have gone in to double check the day before because when I got there at 8am when they open, they could not find my reservation. They found the communication with my business department, but said the reservation “had been lost.” Fortunately, they had an 8-passenger van which is what we needed and it was actually a really nice car: that and the fact that they were very polite throughout the process is why I gave ... read more
