Very friendly and excellent services.
This is the second time I have come here. The wait time is always crazy. It always seems they do not have enough staff to run this place on weekends. I applied for the fast process. When I get here there are literally 9 people ahead of me. If people reserved the vehicle. It should be ready the moment you are here. Not go through the process of waiting for a car the is checking back in to be cleaned and then rented again. There not even enough sitting room to wait for the rental. No apologies. Not sure why you take reservations if you’re just going to give the car I reserved away is this Seinfeld? I showed up early and the car I reserved is gone, they tell me they can get me a sedan but I don’t need a sedan i need an suv.
Waited until I got there to tell me that they didn’t have an operational vehicle and that i’d have to wait an additional 35 minutes for them to go get one AND clean it. That’s something that should be checked and done before a guest arrives.
Nikolai and Casey were truly remarkable. They truly know what customer service is all about. I'm only coming here for rental cars in the area. 10 stars out of 5.
