Super convenient and easy rental- staff was very friendly and process was quick!
Enterprise on Ynez at Temecula was great. Yes, there was a slight waiting time but Jason was so great at getting me checked in and getting my car ready. The car was in excellent condition. Returning was very easy, Kacey was very sweet and professional. She was working very hard handling the front desk and clients all on her own! She’s amazing! Thank you again.
Waited an HOUR to pick up a vehicle. If you value your time, stay away from this place because they obviously don’t.
These guys took the best care of me. Brayden and the other gentleman with the long hair I’m sorry I forgot your name but both you guys rock! Your customer service was amazing and made renting a car so easy and smooth. They even comped me some extra miles for having to wait a little being very busy that day. You both need raises!
