I didn’t have an issue with this place whatsoever despite them being busy they were very helpful and willing to accommodate whatever I needed. Some people need to have more patience if they have an issue with the place being busy.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT go to this location. Mikayla, the assistant manager, has a horrible attitude when working with customers. Tone goes a long with making standing working relationships with customers and she needs an attitude adjustment. While I understand policies are in place, you can deliver information in a kind manner. There are people who come in with car problems and car theft.. have some empathy for people. It’s a harsh world out here.

Reserved online, did the check in. The process of takjng the car was very smooth. The car was clean,the Enterprise reps are professional and friendly. I will come back.
