Long story short I was involved in a car accident which resulted in a broken hand/wrist, I came in under reservation made by the insurance company just for the manager Shafayat to tell me. “No! It wasn’t reserved for this location and why didn’t I call ahead”. I was dropped off by accident at this location by a Lyft driver who spoke only Spanish. The entire staff led by Shaf go above and beyond! We’ve recently needed 3 different rentals in our family due to auto claims, and they made the process extremely easy. Plenty of options, clean cars, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend to anyone in the Lakeland area!
