Terrible location that lies and steals money! I picked up a vehicle on a rainy day. It had damage on it in the Airport parking lot. I came back in and let the lady know, Mrs Jennifer, and she said no problem she will note it on the account. I then let them know again when I dropped off the vehicle and they saw it and said no problem. I have a date time stamped picture in the airport parking log proving the damage was already there. None of the rental options at Gulfport- Biloxi Airport had adequate inventory. The Enterprise paperwork was inaccurate (wrong vehicle) and the computer systems were down upon return.
It's important to note that I have used Enterprise on several occasions before. I already know that if you rent using a debit card, or have a temporary ID, or one of several other issues in play, they will require a second ID. I don't do any of that. I used my credit card and Regular driver's license. I'm in my 50s. No red flags about my rental. The counter agent at Enterprise appeared to want to turn me away as a customer.
