Called and setup a pickup over the phone . My reservation was confirmed . I aked 2 times what i would need to rent the vehicle . I was told 2 times i just needed my drivers liscence and a debit or credit card . So i make my plans and they are super important . I then get someone to ride with me so i can pickup said rental car . We get there and i am told i must must must have a major credit card . Made a reservation 2 months in advance for a small SUV last weekend Showed up to pick up the vehicle and the agent said no vehicle here so you’ll get a minivan. We don’t want a minivan we want the vehicle we reserved. Then she said you are too early in which I said we are not too early. So we had no choice but to take a minivan which smelled like fast food, was disgusting inside and out, had a diaper under the middle back seat and had sticky substance all over the passenger arm rest.
