Unbelievable! Quoted a totally different price and very rude service!
I appreciate these guys working with me and my stressful day, we were trying to find a truck for me and it was super limited, the manager went above and beyond to help and remained calm the whole time even though it can be stressful for them too. I felt bad for them because half their lot is full of recall cars right now so they’re trying the best they can, and I appreciate that.
1) They attempted to rent a car that was not theirs to a client 2) Attempting to locate it's keys, they spent 5-10 minutes with a batch of key fobs in their hands pointing them at each car, then it drove away, because it wasn't theirs 3) I was very thankful for a quick checkout, saving me lost work time.
