Fast and efficient. Got me 900 miles away, last minute
DIDN'T HAVE THE CAR I RESERVED. It was a minivan for 5 people, he offered me a sedan. Only when I got there to pick up and started complaining did he start calling around to other locations to find a sub. First, though, he told me to "lose the attitude." If ever there was a time to have an attitude...! I checked their website while he called around, and this location was still offering minivans for pick up that morning even though they didn't have one. Fraud.
