We rent from the Lake Sumter location every time we need a car. The guys are great and will provide whatever you need. It is in a convenient location and they are always friendly and patient. Good job guys!

After a little issue with getting the car I wanted, the customer service rep was awesome in addressing my issue. He was patient and understood why I needed a particular vehicle. The car I leased was wonderful and met my needs. I will definitely rent from this location again.

I was surprised by some folks who had a negative experience at this office. My experience was quite different. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. I received a phone call 10 minutes prior to my home pickup. Car was clean and ready. Drop-off could not have been any easier. They also drove me home. What more could I ask for? A perfect experience.

I will rent from Enterprise again, but I will not return from The Villages Location again! Myself and my husband felt like we were less important because we did not live in The Villages. My husband became so upset he had to walk out to calm himself. I have never felt less important then anyone before but they did a good job of making us feel less then important on this experience. car was dirty, needed a good vacuuming and washing, once they sell you their insurance, you get crap
