I called a few days before I needed the car to reserve it. The day we were to pick it up, my wife called them with a question. They had no record of ever speaking to me. Plus, they never did come up with the car that we initially wanted
Received an auto from Enterprise that was infested with roaches. Enterprise picked up roach infested vehicle on 5/14/2025 and delivered a new vehicle to me. I paid Hice pest control $200.00 to exterminate my house and garage and Enterprise refused to call me back after numerous phone calls and refused reimbursement of the fees I paid to the exterminator.
Enterprise is the best car rental company, period.
Rented a nice new vehicle, completely satisfied. I wish Enterprise would charge people a fee if they smoke in vehicles. Had a very good rental this time.
