The team at Enterprise Plymouth, MN was fantastic, and Tia was absolutely incredible! Tia went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and stress-free. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She even switched me from a minivan to a Nissan Rogue, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made a huge difference for me! The best part? She remembered me when I returned a week later! Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I had a reservation and they called me less than an hour before pickup to tell me they had no available vehicles and they were completely sold out. I didn’t get a car, I had to pay a lot more at a different place for a last minute rental, and I wasn’t offered any compensation or alternatives. I had to delay my trip an entire day. Terrible experience.

Screwed me over big time. Reserved a car for first thing in the AM, but was told they only have a van until later in the day, which prevents me from working today. Thanks for the major inconvenience and lies.
