This was one of the worst car rental experiences I’ve ever had. The vehicle I was given was in very poor condition. The engine made loud cracking and unusual noises, the car felt extremely worn out, and it struggled to accelerate properly. I did not feel comfortable or confident driving this vehicle. The customer service experience was just as disappointing. The representatives seemed more focused on receiving the insurance payment than actually helping me as a customer.
