New Castle, Indiana location deserves ZERO stars. Failed to return my call at all regarding availability of picking me up for my rental reservation when stated they'd call me back within 30 minutes; I called two days prior to reservation about this. I had to take an Uber to their location. Failed to have reserved vehicle when made in advance and verbally confirmed two days prior to reservation. Reserved an eight passenger premium SUV with confirmation of the reservation for Monday, July 21, 2025. At time of pick up I was notified they didn’t have an eight passenger premium SUV available and no solution to resolve the issue. I called customer service twice and was told I would receive a call from the district manager to help me. I never received a call. I was told by the associate that they can’t guarantee eight passenger SUV even though I had confirmation of reservation.
The rental vehicles I have rented from Enterprise are always reliable and clean! The only issue is Enterprise needs to replace tires on there rentals, I have received a couple with almost no treed,.
Very easy process. I probably had an advantage because the guy who totalled my parked car had rental insurance.
