While my actual rental experience was fine, the billing was not. I was charged $150 fee for a one-way rental which I was not told about when I rented the vehicle. When I called and politely asked if they could remove the charge, "Matt" told me that AZ is "cracking down" on one way rentals. Who exactly is cracking down? The governor? I have rented from Enterprise so many times in the past and have always had an excellent experience. I will not be returning to this Queen Creek location again. And I suggest you do not either.
