I got a free car upgrade. They were very friendly. The car was clean. Will definitely rent from there again and will recommend them.
The car was great. The service was great. I was not aware until I got there that there would be a $200.00 deposit and that a lot of identification was needed to use a debit card. Other than these two issues, it was a good experience and I will use Enterprise again. Just wish I was aware of everything needed before I got to the counter. Fortunately we had the information needed and we had the $200.00 for the deposit.
Car wasn't very clean. They don't show you how to use the basics. I had them pick me up and they didnt tell me what to bring so they had to take me back home to get it. Other rental places have satellite stereo.. But car got me where I needed to go.. Will go with someone else from now on
