Sadly, I’m not surprised to see so many bad reviews — my experience with Erick, the manager at the Summit & Madison location, was just as awful. He was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from the start. Not once did he speak with respect or make any effort to be helpful. When the person running the branch treats customers like an inconvenience, it’s no wonder this location has the reputation it does.
