We had wonderful experience with Enterprise Rent a Car Lexington. In my over four weeks' relationship I was mostly dealt with by Del and Jen, and once by DJ. I am impressed by their sense of duty, understandiing and pleasant behavior. Their performance not just reflects individual excellence but also Enterprise's high quality of selection, grooming and motivation. I would love to repeat this experience.
Needed a car for 36 hours while visiting family in Arlington. 5+ stars for customer service--friendly, efficient, helpful. Four stars due to PRICE. When I have the need for another rental I will check out their prices but shop around.
The process was easy, and Del the manager was professional and friendly. I've never driven a GMC vehicle before, but Del put me at ease, and after some instruction he had me on my way. My '22 Camry was being repaired at Lexington Toyota, so obviously this Enterprise branch was my best option. Del made the experience fun, and that was the icing on the cake
I will rate Enterprise Rent-A-Car a 10!! This is the second time I was in a bind had to rent a car from them. It was an easy process. Their Customer Service is fantastic, You can't beat their rates they are Great!! I had to extend my rental for a couple of extra days again an easy process. Anyone in a bind looking for a car rental you need to call. Awesome place to deal with!!
