Fast and easy-to-use.
Had a dispute with some small pre-rent damage that I didn't note, but the manager Darryl apologized for issues in renting. Happy with the resolution of my dispute. But, to protect yourself, don't be rushed. You should make sure you do a walk through with rental agent, and you take pictures of everything before leaving the lot. Satisfied customer.
By far the best place to rent a vehicle in Lexington.
Earlier this week my husband and I, and earlier that day, our friend, were shockingly mistreated and denied service during our first (and last) visit to this branch. I have not yet heard back from the manager, days after reaching out; hence this public review.
