I find it hard to share anything positive about Enterprise. The vehicle I rented reeked of pot smoke. In good faith, I tried my best to air out the vehicle. But when my daughter commented on the smell the following day, I was genuinely unable to use the vehicle for several days of my weekend rental. The rental was intended to replace my main transportation while it was in the shop, but I managed to return the car a bit early. We didn’t get the car we wanted and signed up for on the website. Don’t advertise all sorts of cars when you can’t supply them. Also, the associate could have cared less and pretty much said “this is all I have”. Sorry, not good enough. Don’t claim to have an abundance of cars when you don’t. Very frustrating. Probably won’t go back to the Lexington site again.
