Rented a car for a drive down to Big Sur. Paid extra to rent GPS as I am from out of state. The GPS in the car was not working. Got as far as Monterrey - both Enterprise locations in town pushed me off to the other as to who would address my issue (because neither wanted to). Ultimately, I wasted better part of 1/2 a day), no apology and no discount. They gave me a different car and then proceeded to charge me for returning a car with less than a full tank of gas.
