Not sure where everyone is giving credit for good service. It could have been a bad day. But it happened twice. Insurance secured a rental car it was close to end of day on Saturday so I can understand frustration of staff that close to closing. No one was helpful had to get an Uber there couldn't get a single person on the phone before arrived and I was given straight attitude from the moment I walked in. I was fairly satisfied with the overall rental experience. However I was VERY satisfied with my interaction with DOMINIQUE, the assistant station manager at the Foley, AL location. Her friendliness, professionalism and courtesy far outweighed any small issues I may have experienced during my rental. My husband and I have used Enterprise in Foley numerous times in the last several months. Mostly rentals for trips but recently needed one after a car accident. What was expected to be a hassle was such a smooth process. Dominique and Desmond have always gone above and beyond to make sure our family is taken care of and we appreciate them and their help so much! I have used most of the rental car companies in the area and Enterprise is by far the best. I had the pleasure of Desmond and Kalyn assisting me with my rental and their customer service is incredible. I can not say enough good things about Desmond and Kalyn they make the process so easy and truly care about the customer. The cars are clean and they have plenty of options to choose from. I will be using them any time I need a rental car and highly recommend that you do the same!
