The employees at this specific enterprise are so kind and helpful. I was in there earlier today. It was very busy. The two young girls were being talked to very rudely by other customers, and both of them remained respectful and kind to everybody that they talk to, and I think that that is really important to notice. We had a mixup with Priceline (-500 stars) but the manager Briana S was incredibly helpful, positive, and stayed 2 hours after the store closed to ensure my young family got the car we needed for our vacation. Briana dealt with a bunch of frustrated people with grace, and turned our day around and saved our trip. We’ll come back and look for her anytime we come back.
Clean car except it smelled like cigarettes. Nice staff.
i have held for 2 hrs and keep calling back because they hang up will never pick up phone wont ever get a car from this place again
