I am very pleased with the service received and helping me with the complicated issues that I delt with with and helping with contacting my insurance company to make things easier.
We have always used Enterprise through Costco. Never have we had a bad experience with them. They always make sure you are 100% satisfied with the vehicle you are renting before pulling out of the lot. And the employees are super nice. Will continue to do our business with them.
Had a holiday vacation that I almost had to cancel because of another rental company screw up.... thankfully they got me in a car big enough and still made our vacation possible. Won't rent a car from anybody else. Highly recommend
