A positive experience that made my travel convenient and enjoyable.
They did not have the car I RESERVED, were very unapollogetic about it, then charged me full price to go up in size. It became obvious Katrina gets paid by comission with the nickel and dime tactics. I dropped the car at 9am, and was charged for that entire day. She then became combative and loud when I stated concerns. Unprofessional, not a pleasant visit in any way.
The customer service was great. No long wait times picking up or dropping off of the vehicle. Office was very clean and organized.
