We had such a great experience at Enterprise this morning thanks to Jack. He truly went above and beyond for us. We were in a stressful situation trying to get a rental for a trip we needed to leave for today, and ran into an issue with the debit card we were using not typically being accepted. Before coming here, we tried the Saint Louis Park and Plymouth locations, and unfortunately didn’t have a good experience at either — they weren’t very friendly or helpful, which made the situation even more stressful. I returned a weekly car rental a day early and was told I would receive a refund. Two months later and many calls to their office, I have yet to receive the refund or a single return phone call from management. The staff gave me several excuses, including the refund was approved and on its way, it takes apx a month for the adjustment etc. I've left messages for the manager and never received a return call.
