My experiences with Enterprise at both the Collegeville and Phoenixville locations have been extremely disappointing. At Collegeville, I dealt with a manager named Brandon who misrepresented rentals more than once, promising one thing, then providing old, dirty cars that were nothing like what was agreed to. He even rented me a visibly wrecked vehicle, which I filled up and to bring back because it drove horribly and he had the audacity to tell me that the wrecked car just received an oil change which is unsafe, unprofession... read more
Tried calling twice about a simple confirmation for a rental. Didn’t even get to talk to Somebody and was left on hold for 20 straight minutes (30 minutes if you wanna combine the calls) listening to some beeping sound
The car was beautiful and worked well for me while I had it. The only thing i can say is i never understood why young drivers are penalized for their age. I have a completely clean driving history, no accidents or tickets. I just wish enterprise could take that into account with pricing.
