I've been renting from this Enterprise branch on Lytton for over five years. I've NEVER rented a car that I was not totally satisfied with. Girard was the manager for many years until about six months ago. He was very professional always as was the staff. The two newer mgmt. employees, Tom and Phil, also care about their customers and are very professional. Located this Enterprise outlet from Hotwire, who paid them for my rental period. They gave me a car with a front wheel so seriously out of line that it was worn on the inside of the tire THROUGH BOTH LAYERS of the steel belting--within an eyelash of it blowing out. The sensor on the dash warned of the alignment problem, but they said it was OK when I took it out. I drove it for two days with the front tire bouncing and pulling to the left.
