The guy who called me roadside, and checked me in was very nice and professional. Unfortunately you're handed off to some other guy. The wait to be shuttled over from Crash Champions was over 40 minutes. Despite it being down the street. The receptionist had to call Enterprise 3 times to tell them i've been waiting. After being checked in by professional guy. The wait was another 30 minutes to get a car. I was told i could get a ride home if Crash Champions was not done fixing my car. Extremely Disappointing Experience With Enterprise Our experience with Enterprise was terrible from beginning to end. The entire reason we rented from them again was because our previous rental, a Dodge Durango, was absolutely disgusting inside. Instead of discounting that rental, I was promised a discount on a full-size SUV for my next rental.
