I've been renting from the Enterprise on Sky Pointe in Las Vegas for years, but this was the first time I've ever had anyone accuse me of giving them attitude during my rental pick up for asking them to call me by name as opposed to "hun" and "love" from someone who's half my age. I've only had positive experiences with past rentals but was a little surprised by the condescending and dismissive behavior from Rosie Delrosario during my recent visit.
