Me, my wife and my daughter were treated very rudly by the branch manager(Shaue or Shawe)in Punta Gorda, Fl. We rent cars at that location at least three times a year, But we've never been treated so rude. My wife always rents the car with my credit card, I even asked the employee that picked her up if she can pay with my card. He said sure, no problem.
