The lot is pretty small but never had an issue here. Staff is nice and they have after-hours drop off. There was a miscommunication about fuel level but they took care of it professionally.
Staff got me in a car with a last minute Saturday reservation! They were extremely busy with it being only 30 minutes before they closed at 2pm. Was out the door in 30 minutes even with a 4-5 ppl in line ahead of me.
This is the worst enterprise I’ve ever dealt with. I reserved a suv 2 weeks in advance. I was a little late picking it up & they rented to someone else. Nobody called me to see if I was on my way. They were very rude. I will never deal with them again. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Lack of communication or customer service lied to me. So I am taking a small trip to Myrtle Beach. Just a couple of days. I reserved a car in advance for the trip. I do all my banking through Cashapp. People tend to look down on it but it ridiculously easy to use with online transactions. I called to confirm my reservation 2 days in advance.
