Worst service I have ever received! I arrived only to be told they did not have what I was promised. They claimed they had called and left me a message — yes, they did leave a message, but it was just to say they looked forward to me coming in. Only after I arrived did I find out they couldn’t follow through on what they said they would do. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time!

Update, no contact/no response regarding ongoing issues, more Billing charged for tolls, when I actually have a toll device, rude interaction with chat dept, discriminatory treatment and sarcastic unprofessional responses, if any regarding this rental. Expired registration and causing inconvenience and negative interactions with law enforcement due to July 2024 expired registration.This is why my rating recently changed.
