HORRIBLE..HOORRIBLE.. HORRIBLE… this place was a joke , I reserved a vehicle a week prior when needing it and when I got there at my designated time, I was asked to wait an hour, then was told I didn’t get the vehicle that I needed then I was shipped by van to another enterprise which did not have what I needed and they pretty much left me and my wife there… I had to get a ride to the Ontario airport in order to pick up a vehicle. This place was a joke. Please don’t anybody ever go back here?.

I’ve been here several times since my last post, and all of those rentals that have been returns ending here, usually have Austin demonstrating his efficient and excellent customer service!
