I have rented with Enterprise on multiple occasions and that’s due to the affordable rates, vehicle options and outstanding customer service.
The switch that adjusts the forward and backward position of the front passenger seat was broken. The seat was stuck in the maximum forward position. Not enough room to use that seat. Should’ve been checked before renting. Had to return and exchange the car, which was inconvenient.
Kyle provides unbeatable customer service and ensures 100% customer satisfaction. Very reliable location and team.
Manager Ourdsman (spelling) provided excellent customer service! He was kind & patient to my brother & myself as this our 1st time using Enterprise. I would definitely recommend this rental location!!! Karin
