The staff needs training. The service is terrible. I made a reservation for a car and wasted an hour and a half. Only for a woman who works there to find a way to keep me out of the car. That same day, I visited the one located at 11760B Parklawn Dr., Rockville, MD. It only took me 15 minutes; they were very friendly and professional. At the Vers Mill location, they acted like they owned it.
I rented a car through my insurance with Enterprise and the experience was terrible. The location had almost no SUV options available and only gave me a truck that was very uncomfortable, without proper multimedia to use maps while driving. On top of that, the vehicle was dirty, smelled bad, and was clearly not cleaned properly. It was extremely unpleasant to have to drive this car in such conditions. I do not recommend this Enterprise location to anyone. Very dissatisfied with the service.
I've been coming here for years, it's a very busy location and you need to account for that especially at peak times, but I've never experienced anything but great service from the staff. It's honestly kind of amazing how much traffic this place handles but even if you come at a busy period, if you have all your info correct they will put you in a good car in no time. Everyone who helped me was very professional and efficient. No problems on my end.
My recent experiences here have been great. I enjoy the new mobile link for providing information for a rental. Daniela M. has assisted me with check in and drop off the last couple of times I have rented a vehicle from here. I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service she’s provided. It’s rare to come across someone in sales with such a bright personality and genuine charisma. I’m definitely looking forward to renting from this location again.
