I hope I selected the correct Davie location for my review! I spoke with the manager, Remissa (sorry for spelling!), who was very kind and helpful in getting a vehicle exchange completed for me. She even called other locations to ensure my current shortcomings wouldn’t happen in my next vehicle. I really appreciate her time to make my comfort a priority. Thank you!!

Nelly Olivia was great when we got the vehicle. She was smart, caring, and professional! She's a keeper. When I turned in the vehicle Ramisa was also amazing. Helpful, professional and caring. I'm very attentive to words used when dealing with customers and this team is well managed and trained. This is now my favorite place to rent a vehicle!
