Short summary: This location is a disaster now. The new manager Chelsea is so under trained, rude and is very unprofessional. The type of vehicle that I reserved wasn't available but no one called me to inform me that. I waited for over 2 hours. Manager Chelsea, handled this situation horribly and not once apologized. The other young lady helped me and the gentleman name KJ at the airport helped me. I'm debating if I should contact corporate so they can review the camera about everything that occurred that day.
The customer service was excellent the young lady that gave me the car was very professional excellent personality, and the young man that I returned the car to also excellent customer service great personality. I've used Enterprise for probably the last 20 years of my car rentals and have never had a problem.
