I reserved my car way ahead of time weeks ahead of time I even checked in that morning on my phone just to get there and they gave my minivan to the person before me told me they had nothing available and they can upgrade me only to the small SUV we were crammed in our whole road trip. I will never rent from this company again very unprofessional And not reliable. At least this location is. there was also people taking Ubers there being told the same thing. Car had screw in tire. No spare tire.had to pay out of my pocket however was reimbursed for it.
Great service and staff is very accommodating
