Friday, September 12, 2025, I booked a rental about 4:45 PM to be picked up by 6:00 PM that evening. A friend picked me up and we were on the way to pick up the car when I received a call from the Lehigh Acres office stating that they didn't have a car for me after all. My husband leased a vehicle from the Lehigh Acres Enterprise on Lee Blvd. and he had a very positive experience from start to finish. We worked with Kira Lias and she was very customer focused. Both of us were very impressed with this location. I just don’t understand the negative reviews posted. Leasing a vehicle was so easy, by using the online reservation system, and the pickup and return couldn’t have been easier.
