Keira and Kelsey were awesome!! Keira went above and beyond to get us a vehicle and Kelsey was so nice when we returned it. Great customer service!!
I've used this location twice and the staff there are really nice and attentive. They greet everyone that comes in and make sure no one is overlooked.
This location needs improvement! Had to get a rental car here through Geico. Geico made the reservation for me to pick up my rental car at 8am. I arrive at 8am and the dude behind the counter tells me that he’s sorry but they don’t have any rental cars to give me at this time. I told him my car is un-drivable, and that my insurance company made the reservation in advance for me, and that I need a car, hence my 8am reservation. (Plus my uber to get there has already left, so I was stuck there) The dude told me that I can wait... read more
