Professional, friendly and efficient staff. As someone who rents frequently for work their consistency is appreciated.
I love the staff at Enterprise. Very nice and helpful. Will highly recommend. Very great customer service!
We were in a serious car accident and Enterprise staff went out of their way to make sure we got in a great car at a great price and got home to Charlotte safely. Very courteous, caring, professional service. Maria Hutchinson was fantastic..Thank you.
They were okay but they need to hire more staff. Also get rid of the 200 dollar deposit policy. The car I rented was clean so I had no issues with it.
Exemplary service every time. I've been a customer for years always greeted nicely and have been able to get in and out in a minimal amount of time. I only use enterprise...!
