I have rented cars from many different locations for over 8 years with Enterprise and all of my experiences were great! When things seem to not go good with a particular car, Enterprise took care of it immediately. The trip I just had from 12/22-12/28 was perfect! No problems with car and the customer service at the greystone location was amazing! When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, everyone smiled and greeted me, thanked me for being a customer and was very professional. I would recommend Enterprise to anyone.
My experience with Enterprises was a complete disaster. Not only enterprise commit fraud I had to get a lawyer to get funds reversed back to my account. I was in an automobile accident were another driver t-boned me causing me to get a rental for damage to my vehicle to be fixed. Enterprise consultant Matt, brittney, and many others help aide in enterprise taking money from my bank account that was not authorized by me. They could do a better job of keeping up with the service records. This is the second time I've had a car that was not serviced. The first one had to take time out of my day to take the vehicle to Firestone to get the oil changed which took 2 hours. The second vehicle I told them when before I drove off of the lot that the service engine light was on. They said it was fine and half way through out 6 day rental the car started acting up.
