I flew in from Austin Tx to take my high schooler to boarding school. There were 4 of us and 5 large suitcases. We couldn’t find a car big enough to fit all of our stuff. This location is not no 4 nothing 1 I was told and sent multiple differnt reservations with multiple differnt prices Staff rude ,untrained on policy Start at 1pm I arrive Then didnt see I had reservations All vehicles are dirty ,pet hair trash carpet rip out ,dent ,or broken area in and outside vechile ,all vehicles need oil change or repair smell of Marijuana and cigarettes or mold ,you can see water damage in carpet I was told the cars are clean And more then what I was told and insurance was more then I was force sign pri... read more

I recently booked a rental at this location. I received terrible service from a gentleman named Mike. I was given a different vehicle from what was booked, which I understood. The vehicle was dirty , inside & out , due to me having to work I was going to still take the vehicle because I had already paid & was pressed for time. .
