I had an excellent experience with this Enterprise from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire rental process. I happened to pick up my car on a day when they were extremely busy, but despite the high volume of customers, the team stayed organized, patient, and made sure everyone was taken care of. These guys get hammered by walk-ins and customers complain they can’t just rent a car on demand instead of booking a reservation in advance like responsible adults are supposed to do. I’ve never had any problems renting from them and I’ve always gotten a vehicle that suits my needs. I recommend them, their prices are competitive too.
