I am posting this review after spending over many months trying to resolve a serious customer service issue with this location and getting nowhere. My experience with this Enterprise location was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I booked my rental in advance and confirmed everything twice, including that I would be paying with a debit card. At no point was I told I would need additional identification documents.
