Fantastic customer service! They picked me up from the shop I left my car at, promptly, and took me straight to a car that suited my preference. Very friendly staff. One of the nicer rental agencies I've been to. Highly recommend.
Went to the Enterprise on Monticello. The ladies there were really helpful. The insurance company had failed to make a reservation and they got the car ready for me very quickly. I was a little concerned about something, and the manager took care of it. The car was a minivan and actually an upgrade for what I requested. I had no idea they were so nice to drive. The grandsons loved it. Thank you ladies!
