Enterprise made everything easy. Their online pre-check really did make things faster.
I have called 5 consecutive days now with a simple question before we drop off our car tomorrow. I have spent a total of over 90 minutes on hold. One day they accidentally picked up and immediately placed me on hold, the other days no one would pick up during business hours.
The you lady I worked with was great even helped me arrange my luggage .
Car they gave me smelled like straight cigarettes & was poorly cleaned /detailed , this is completely unacceptable! This is not good service . Reached out to customer service . Just won’t deal with this location again .
