I rented a suv, for a confirmation call the day before pick up asking if I for sure wanted the suv. I got there the day of pick up and was told they had no suvs. Then was given a Toyota Corolla that REEKED of an order, was not cleaned & gas tank on E. When I expressed my concerns to the gentleman at the front desk his attitude wasn’t the best. Went to rent a car took a uber there to pick it up when I got there they told me they don’t have it so now I’m out $55 in uber fees going back and forth. I don’t understand why they couldn’t take the time to call me and let me know.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, OVER A MONTH AND STILL HAVE NOT REECEIVED MY DEPOSIT. TRUCK IN WHICH WHAT WAS RENTED WAS NOT COMPLIANT TO DRIVE FROM CLEVELAND TO TENNESSEE. WHAT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN 7 HOURS TOOK 11 WITH MY ELDERLY MOM, HER HUSBAND ON OXYGEN, FAMILY WE HAD TO STOP EVERY 30-HOUR FOR AIR ON ALL TIRES NO T (1) ALL (4). AS OF TODAY I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY DEPOSIT, TENNESSEE AIRPORT ENTERPRISE IS THE ONLY TRULT HELP AFTER THIS INSANE FAMILY TRIP TO TENNESSEE.
