Great people
They have the best customer service. I have been renting from them for years and my experience is always excellent. I had a flat tire and went to another location and they was able to get me a new rental without and issues. They are very friendly and always greet me with a smile.
They always say they don’t have a car.
Zero customer satisfaction, I rented a car and went down the road a little bit had issues with it, and they refuse to give me any satisfaction
