Car rental places suck!!!
Rented a car for a week long trip to visit family. Picked it up Monday afternoon Oct. 20, 2025. I'm a recent widow so I was very nervous about traveling alone in a car I've have never driven before. We had a reservation for a “luxury” rental that we made through Enterprise in Rock Hill. They called to confirm the reservation but said that they didn’t have any luxury-type cars but that they had “a lot of other good options.” So we showed up to pick up the car on the day of our reservation and they said they had 2 pickup trucks and an Expedition.
