10/10 service Leya and Hope at 5080 paradise were very helpful during my time with the car. Pick up and drop off was less than 10 minutes with perfect customer service
I booked a Premium Elite SUV with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, paying upfront to reserve it. I was guaranteed either an Audi Q5 or Range Rover – but when I arrived, I was handed an Audi Q3, which is a completely different class of vehicle. When I questioned this, the staff was extremely rude and dismissive, saying, “It was booked through Expedia, so take it or leave it – no refunds.” No apology, no effort to help, just attitude.
