Booked a Luxury car and when I got there they didnt have one. Gave me a car not even comparable and didn't adjust my prive terrible service. Not that hard of a problem to fix. The least you could do is adjust my price but before that dont let me book it if you dont have iy

It was easy to reserve online, and the young man at the pickup location did an excellent job. He made absolutely sure I was happy with the upgrade I was given and spent extra time with me when I had trouble getting my phone to connect via bluetooth. For the one way return, the location was somehow changed from my reservation location to a different location in the final paperwork (maybe due to the upgrade), and both the pickup office and the return office were very accommodating about returning to the original location.
Would highly recommend you to anyone
