The salesman was great. They picked me up at the repair shop and it was such an easy process.
I had a good experience with this Enterprise, and I want to give a special shout-out to Eric and his team. I had reserved a minivan 6 months in advance for my family reunion that takes place only every 5 years, but days before I was set to pick it up, Eric called me with the unfortunate news that the minivan I had booked was unavailable due to recalls on the Chrysler.
