I’ve been in a vehicle with breaks that were no good for over a week now, I’ve tried getting switched to another car and no place could accommodate me. Last night the breaks went out on the car along with power steering! I called roadside assistance and they were SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE TO ME! The first time I called they hung up on me when I told them I wasn’t safe, then when I called again they told me they would bring me to Logan airport from Worcester at 1am… and didn’t even know if they had a vehicle to trade me out of. I gave 2 stars because the staff was very pleasant, however several of the cars reeked of smoke, had stained seats and were dirty. This is unfortunate because the 3 employees who were working were very pleasant.
