The absolute worst service I have ever received. I was only supposed to be charged for a 1 day rental and was charged for 3 days. My wife called and they said they were going to credit us back for the 2 days. It took forever to get someone on the phone. They never answer the phone and when it rings back to them after putting it hold they dial a code to keep putting back on hold. It's such a waste of time to deal with this location. We waited over 40 minutes inside for them to tell us they gave away our booking after they called and didn’t get through. No missed calls were received. Granted we were late for the original time, but there was no call. Very poor service and communication, will not be back here.
