Making a difference in my life, again!!!! Been using this location for my rentals for a long time and thru one or 2 managers and team members , I have always received the best service, and every experience is better than the last. Still practicing the rule of "the customer is always right" ... Lol .. Was stuck in wesminster for the day and rented a car from the federal Blvd location, worked with a man , "Meeks" I believe was his name, worked with me to get me into a rental ASAP! Was very understanding to my situation, and was able to move things around so I didnt have to wait in line to get my car! 10 out of 10!
Great customer service, great communication, very clean , great atmosphere.
The guys at this store are super helpful and courteous. Jacob and Elliott went above and beyond! Thank you guys!
