Extremely poor service, poor communication and was overcharged roughly $900. If you want to spend hours on the phone, talk with employees who have no idea what is going on and be repeatedly told to just "dispute it with your credit card", then this is the place to go! Stay far away.
The car had California plates and it was absolutely filthy with sand. There was a buildup of sand on the outside and underneath and I had to spend almost $25 to get it cleaned even though Enterprise ran it through their carwash. I was also charged for tax when my warranty company paid for the entire total. The car was on empty when I picked it up so I filled it up and have my gas receipts, but I did not get reimbursed for that either like I was told. The service is always kind and respectful. Upgraded due to a quality issue w original car for my safety. The you g men were exceptional in their customer service and gave me ride home upon return without hesitation. Great team!
