I rented a car for a week and a half, my experience picking up the car was great and quick. When I dropped it off I had the same experience. Ashton gave me a ride over to the body shop my car was at, his customer service was phenomenal and he made me feel safe and secure riding in the car with him. The team here is amazing. I will be using enterprise in the future if needed. Thank you guys for an amazing experience and thank you Ashton for giving me a ride and being so kind and helpful.

Henry, a staff member, was super cool and into the details. He made sure to take photos of every little dent and ding that was on the car before we left. He made sure to put us in a car that would be comfortable and safe.

unfortunately the workers were nice but christian christensen wouldn’t wave our drop off at another location fee because we had rented the car after an accident on a personal rental instead of insurance because we were on our way to a wedding and couldn’t wait for insurance because we had the wedding dress. american fork mentioned they’d likely wave the fee, we called, they wouldn’t. american fork said it would be a 50-100$ fee. it’s a 200$ fee. i’m too broke to pay that kind of fee, so instead i get to drive to west jordan ... read more
