This place seriously has made my life lit easier the way these employees at this office helped me was very appreciative. My truck was broke down and I needed a car for a couple days (so I thought) paid the 210 with a 200 deposit ended up keeping the car longer then expected and they did everything in there power to help me out thank you Janiea and Christian
I have been getting rental cars here for years since the people and services are always amazing. I wanted to thank Jenaia, who always went above and beyond. I would recommend it to my relatives and friends. Anyway, I am going to book another car here soon for my upcoming Thanksgiving trip. Thank you!
Jenaia was wonderful!!! Excellent customer service and so sweet and patient with our two year old who was bored of waiting.
Last couple times, I’ve booked with this exact location they always say they don’t have a the car I booked available. But then drive by and see some in their parking lot. It doesn’t make any sense why they allow me to book a certain car then try and get me to take something else. I booked a car for a reason. Been in their lobby when the lady is calling customers she’s rolling her eyes and all the employees are talking crap about them. This really isn’t a professional way to be with paying customers
