They picked me up and drop me off. Got the car and returned with no issues. Saturday picked up was a bit slow because they were understaffed but hey for 9.99 a day I am ok to wait :) Everyone was police and professional.
I rent cars from Enterprise all the time but this was my first time at this location. Everyone was very friendly and courteous, I didn't have to wait a while to get a car and they even dropped me off home! I would come here again for my next rent a car service.
Outstanding Team work and customer service. From them picking me up thru the actual renting of the car, the rates till they dropped me off I was impressed and extremely happy with the overall experience.

I booked car on last saturday i.e. on 25th July I ask for picked & they say yes we are coming but they didnt come. I need to postpone my work to Sunday. Saturday I book car from MiraMessa where I stay, from location Kearny Mesa Sunday again with request asking for GPS. When I reach Kearney Mesa they said they dont have GPS, either you go and collect it from other location or drop the plan. I came from long distance they simply refuse for GPS.
